Once we know your objectives and time frame to hire, we will provide you with a written agreement that outlines our individual responsibilities in the co-employment situation. There may also be a credit application or credit card authorization to finalize your work order. Once the agreement is approved, the screening and recruiting efforts will begin in full force immediately thereafter.

All hours worked will be approved by your supervisors prior to the assigned candidate being paid. You will be given access to our electronic timekeeping system. At the end of our pay period the assigned candidate will submit his/her completed time sheet for your approval. You will receive an e-mail notification as a reminder that you have time that needs to be approved.

You will have access to view the detail on timesheets, print job reports, and review hours reported by each employee or job for the current or past pay periods. An awesome tool for accruals or job costing!
